Timing Smoothing Treatments Around the Date
A smoothing treatment before a wedding is a good idea for the right hair and a bad idea at the wrong time. The value is real: frizz-free hair that behaves predictably on a humid January afternoon removes an entire category of worry.
Book it six to eight weeks out. That is long enough for the result to settle and for you to see how your hair actually behaves with it, and short enough that it is still at full strength on the day. Nanoplasty and keratin both work well on this timeline.
