Charcoal Relaxing Treatment

What Is Charcoal Relaxing Treatment?

Using the technology of keratin and charcoal extracts, the Charcoal Relaxing Treatment smooths the hair without damaging or changing its texture. This treatment restores hair resiliency; humidity, rain or sweat will no longer affect the hairstyle, so no more frizzy hair!

The treatment can be used on all hair types, including chemically treated hair (coloured, permed, relaxed, highlighted and bleached). It’s excellent for getting rid of curly, frizzy, damaged, unhealthy, dull, mistreated hair. It’s also highly suggested to use this treatment if you’ve recently had any type of hair extensions as this treatment will strengthen your hair.

How is the Charcoal Relaxing Treatment done?

The Charcoal Relaxing treatment is not permanent; therefore, the treatment fades progressively as the hair is washed, meaning the wave or curl will gradually come back between 2-4 months. The treatment keeps the hair looking and feeling soft, shiny and healthy while being completely manageable.

How do I maintain it?

Taking care of the hair after applying the Charcoal Relaxing Treatment is effortless. The amount of time required to style hair will decrease dramatically. In some cases, it’s wash and go. Others require some blow drying and minimum styling time.

What Keratin Treatment is best for my hair?

It can be tricky choosing the right Keratin Treatment suited for your hair type. We always recommend you have a Qualified Hair Stylist decide which treatment is best, but we’ve included some information below so you can understand the difference between our Charcoal Relaxing Treatment and our Guava Latino.

Our Charcoal Relaxing Treatment is a thick heavy cream making it ideal on hair that is thick, coarse, curly and stubborn. Its thick consistency helps to weigh down the hair during the processing time to achieve maximum results.

Whereas our Guava Latinois a lightweight cream making it ideal for fine, bleached hair. Its lightweight consistency makes it easier to apply. It also helps smooth the outside layer of the hair, known as the cuticle, to add a shield and shine that blonde hair lacks.
